    The apartment surroundings;

    The Pergolesi studio is located at the heart of Del Carmen district. From the terrace, you can see the Palace of the Generalitat, located less than a minute from Plaza de la Virgen. If you want to live really close to and experience the most traditional and historic area of the city, this neighbourhood is very advisable.

    All the most important and principal architectural building works of the city are located in this area, the biggest modernist market of Europe, the Cathedral, Del Carmen museum, the botanical garden, IVAM, MUVIM and a lot more, can be reached in a couple of minutes while just wandering around.

    There are several places where you can get to the Beach, the new port of Valencia and the futuristic city of arts and sciences, using public transport if you wish so.

    The apartment;

    The fabulous Pergolesi studio is located on the 4th floor (the last floor) with elevator although there are a few steps before reaching the elevator.

    The Pergolesi apartment has been built all in the same space, but separated very cleverly by stairs, using the upper section as the bedroom and downstairs the lounge – dining room – kitchen.

    The bedroom, located on the upper part of the apartment, has a double bed. The up-to-date modern and simple design turns it into a very original area.

    The lounge has a comfortable sofa, plasma screen TV and DVD which makes this area very pleasant to relax and enjoy the company.

    The best part of this apartment is undoubtedly, the wide and wonderful ¨L¨ shaped terrace where you can enjoy Valencia’s nice temperature together with good company and with a great Spanish wine.

    The kitchen which can be shown or hidden from sight, matches the rest of the apartment, being totally new. It provides you with all the necessary equipment to make your visit very pleasant.

    The complete bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine and is located on the lower part of the apartment.

      The Ravel 1 apartment is located on the second floor of a XIX Century building with no elevator. This apartment is decorated with modern and classical aspects, which are very well mixed, offering a very comfortable and cheerful atmosphere.

      To your right, as you enter, you will find the spacious, classically decorated living room with a sofa and antique décor as you can see in the photos. In addition, there is a balcony and a window facing the street.

      Half way down the hallway, there is a bathroom and a modern kitchen with a table and stools where you can eat in comfort.

      Through the double wooden doors, you can find the master bedroom with large windows to let light in. This spacious bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe where you can put all of your belongings. In addition, there is a washroom and bathtub jacuzzi style as you can also see in the photos.

      The Ravel 1 apartment definitely has an extra touch, and it is a perfect spot to accommodate a couple, right in the old part of Valencia.

      The area surrounding the Apartment;

      The location of this apartment could not be better, located only 50m or so from the famous Mercado Central, the largest fruit and vegetables market in Europe. The guest simply has to step out of the building to enjoy all this great city has to offer...

      All the must see landmarks are within easy walking distance, Plaza Ayuntamiento, the amazing Cathedral, El Carmen area, to name but a few...

      Not far at all from the impressive and futuristic City of Arts and Sciences and the beaches of Valencia. You can take the public transport or a taxi.

      The city centre offers, where the Chopin apartment is located, a wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. It is right next to everything in the old traditional part of Valencia.


      The Apartment;

      The Chopin apartment is located on the second floor with NO LIFT and steep stairs. The entrance to the centuries-old building is very narrow.

      The studio apartment comprises of a living, dining area, kitchen area and a bathroom which is separate from the rest of the area. The sleeping area is above the living room.

      The sleeping area in this apartment (it is not very high) contains one double bed that is stored up the living area, please see the photos... the bathroom comes with a shower unit, WC, sink. And fresh towels ready for use upon arrival...

      The living area, which is dominated by the sofa, can be used to chill out and relax after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping; the sofa also doubles as a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guests....

      The kitchen of the apartment is open style of course and is equipped with most appliances so the guest staying at this great apartment can prepare meals should they so wish to...
